JX Water cycler

Haitian JX-3, JX-10, JX-15, JX-20 car wash waste water purification machine is fitted for automated car wash and various small manual carwash to reuse the sewage. The water purification device integrates the coagulation, clarification and filtration processes, and adopts advanced technology, innovative design and compact structure. It saves space, reduces investment, and is simple to manage, easy to operate.

Principle of purification machine
The purification machine can purify and reuse the dirty water by dosing, coagulation, sedimentation, filtration, etc.
1. Dosing coagulant: car washing waste water was sent into the coagulation tube by the sewage pumps. With dosing flocculent, it forms to flocculent by the flocculation reaction with suspended solids in water.
2. Sedimentation: the raw water formed into flocculent by dosing the flocculation, and then it flow into sediment chamber to deposit.
3. Filter: the water after sediment flow into the filtering pool to filter. (Structure of filtering pool: the water pipes made by cloth are at the bottom. In the middle there are the small and medium quartz sands, activated carbon and so on, and the ceramic filter is in the upper part). The filtration speed is 8m3/h, and finally the clear water flow back to clear water pool to reuse.
